• Home Purchase Loans are available and allow a borrower to purchase a home.  Home purchase loans consist of an adjustable or fixed interest rate, low closing costs and payment terms of up to 30 years with little down payment.  In some cases you may qualify for a loan with Private Mortgage Insurance which would only require a 3% down payment.  All loans are subject to credit approval.
• Investment Property Loans are available with adjustable or fixed interest rates, and  subject to credit approval for qualified individuals.
• Home Equity Loans are available with fixed or adjustable rates and terms up to 30 years. You’ve been paying down your balance and property values have gone up. Tap into that wealth with a Home Equity loan that’s right for you. A Home Equity loan is ideal for making your dreams come true.
• Borrow up to 80% of the value of your home.
• You can use the money for anything you want
• Interest may even be tax deductible (consult your tax advisor)

• Construction Loans are available to qualified individuals and contractors. We offer short term, fixed rate construction loans. Interest is due monthly and charged only on advanced funds.
• Land Loans are available to qualified individuals.

• Fixed Rate Loans offer a fixed interest rate for the life of the loan. These loans have terms of fifteen years or less.
• Adjustable Rate Loans have an interest rate that changes every 1 or 5 years depending on what you choose. Adjustable Rate Loans offer the lowest possible initial rate and monthly payment. The 5-year Adjustable is the rate used for our higher percentage financing. These loans are available up to 30 years.
