Login Help

To login to Internet Banking you must first have a Login Name and password. Once you have created a Login Name and password, you will use those credentials to access online banking.

Your Login Name must conform to the following rules:

• Minimum length of characters: 6
• Maximum length of characters: 12
• Should not be your account number, SSN/TIN #

Your Password must conform to the following rules:

• Is case sensitive
• Minimum length of characters: 6
• For additional security it is recommended that your password contain at least one capital letter,
  letters and numbers and a special character
• Should not be your account number
• Cannot match SSN/TIN
• Cannot match Login Name

Password Security

Never share your password with another person. Keep your password secret. To help maintain security, you should change your password regularly. To change your password after you logon, go to the Customer Service tab to Change Password.
